Applying for a role with Mindful Education
When applying for a vacancy you will be directed to our current vacancies page. Once there, you’ll be asked to answer a few questions, and will need to upload your current CV and a covering letter. Your application will be reviewed by a member of the Recruitment team and the hiring manager. If your application is successful, you will be invited to an online interview.
First interviews are held online. This is relatively informal and usually with a member of the Human Resources Team or the recruiting manager. We want to find out a bit more about you, your experience, and your career aspirations. You will then be invited to a more formal, competency-based face-to-face interview at our offices in Farringdon.
As a starting point, we advise that you research Mindful Education by looking into what we do, who we are and what we offer as an organisation. You can find more information about the company on these pages:
Please also familiarise yourself with the role you are interviewing for by reading through the job description.
We want to make sure that joining Mindful Education is the right decision for you, so do take the time to do your research and prepare some questions for us. Above all, be yourself!
If you are successful and found to be a good fit for the role, we will contact you with an offer of employment. Once you have accepted our offer, we will ask for details of your referees so that we can complete our pre-employment screening checks.
Before your start date, we will send you our welcome pack via BambooHR, our internal HR system, with all the information you need ahead of your first day. During your first few days, the HR team and your manager will take you through an induction programme where you will meet the rest of your team and learn everything you will need to have a successful career at Mindful Education.
