Support for Students
We are working closely with colleges across the UK to ensure that learners can continue their studies throughout the 2020-21 academic year.
Our college partners will be delivering courses and apprenticeships through a combination of face-to-face lessons (with social distancing in place) and virtual classroom sessions led by a college tutor.
Revision package for 2019-20 learners
We are providing a revision package to colleges to enable them to support their 2019-20 learners who still have assessments to complete.
If you would be interested in this additional support, please speak to your college tutor and ask them to contact our partnerships team at email@example.com
A comprehensive user guide is available to help you get the best from your Mindful Education experience. To access the guide, along with answers to our frequently asked questions, log in to the VLE and click ‘Help and Support’ in the top menu, then select ‘User Guide and FAQs’ from the drop down menu. The user guide can be downloaded and printed if you wish.
We strongly advise all new students to watch the VLE demo video, which is in the course introduction section of the VLE. This will provide a good overview of the system and how to get the most out of our courses.

Students can access support from your tutor and Mindful Education in the usual way. For academic queries, you should contact your tutor directly in the first instance. If you have a technical query, you can raise a ticket through the VLE.
How to Raise a Ticket
Log into the VLE, and click ‘Help and Support’ in the top menu; select ‘Raise a Support Ticket’ from the dropdown menu. Please give as much detail about your query as possible – this will help us direct your query to the right member of our team
If you are unable to log in to the VLE for any reason, please check that your login details are correct and contact your tutor.
