Support for Students
We are working closely with colleges across the UK to enable learners to continue their studies during the college closure. As well as providing additional support to our existing Online and On Campus students, we have also made our AAT Level 2 and Level 3 online courses available to all colleges, free of charge, in order to help students and apprentices continue their studies from home.
For existing Online and On Campus students, Mindful Education’s online courses and apprenticeships, and your VLE will be available to you as normal. It is likely that your college lessons will be replaced with online tutorials – your college will be in touch to confirm details if they haven’t done so already.
If you are a new to Mindful Education, your college tutor will be in touch to advise how they plan to use the online courses.
We create a new Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) for every class of learners. This is where you will find all Mindful Education online course, and is separate to any other online learning platform you may already use.
If you are a new student, your tutor will email you a link to your class’s VLE, along with an enrolment key. You should follow the link and use the enrolment key to register your details. Once you have registered, you will receive a welcome email from Mindful Education confirming your login details. We recommend that you save or bookmark your VLE link so you can access it easily each time you want to log in.
A comprehensive user guide is available to help you get the best from your Mindful Education experience. To access the guide, along with answers to our frequently asked questions, log in to the VLE and click ‘Help and Support’ in the top menu, then select ‘User Guide and FAQs’ from the drop down menu. The user guide can be downloaded and printed if you wish.
We strongly advise all new students to watch the VLE demo video, which is in the course introduction section of the VLE. This will provide a good overview of the system and how to get the most out of our courses.
