Support for Students
Your college tutor will continue to be your main point of contact to confirm any changes to your arrangements for study. Students and apprentices studying a Mindful Education course can continue to study at home as usual and online lessons will be released in line with your existing course calendar. Your tutor will also discuss with you the schedule for upcoming assessments.
Learners can continue their studies seamlessly on the Mindful Education Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) where lessons will be available as scheduled.
Extended Access for Current Students
Free additional VLE access for all learners
All existing learners will now have access to their online learning with us until 31/12/2021 free of charge. This is to enable learners to complete qualifications which might have been delayed due to college closures and the postponement of assessments. This extension has been applied automatically to all courses.
If you began your course during the current academic year (2020-21) then you will receive a further 6 months’ access until 30/6/2022.
This extension should ensure that you are able to complete your qualifications successfully.
A comprehensive user guide is available to enable you to get the best learning experience from your Mindful Education course. To access the guide, along with answers to our frequently asked questions, log in to the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and click ‘Help and Support’ in the top menu, then select ‘User Guide and FAQs’ from the drop down menu. The user guide can be downloaded and printed if you wish.
We strongly advise all new students to watch the VLE demo video, which is in the introduction section of your course. This will provide a good overview of the platform and how to get the most out of your course.
