Ahead of the launch of the new Administration Assistant Level 2 Apprenticeship standard on 1 August, we recently hosted a webinar for providers looking to understand the opportunity this new programme presents.

Led by Mark McKenna, Managing Director at Mindful Education, and Deborah Gargan, Head of Learning – Business, Management and HR, the session explored the wider context of the government’s recent apprenticeship reforms before taking a closer look at the content and delivery of the new standard.

During the webinar, we covered:

• The structure and key features of the new Administration Assistant Apprenticeship standard
