Mindful Education is pleased to offer our partners the opportunity to claim back 50% of ticket costs for the AoC Quality, Teaching, Learning and Assessment Conference on Tuesday 9 December.
How it works:
- Purchase your ticket for the event
- Attend the conference
- Ask your finance team to invoice Mindful Education, and we will reimburse 50% of the ticket cost
How to claim:
- Purchase your event ticket directly on the AoC event web page
- After the event, ask your finance team to:
- Provide proof of purchase for your ticket
- Invoice Mindful Education for 50% of the value of the ticket
- We will reimburse your finance team
Terms and conditions:
- This offer is only available to Mindful Education partner colleges and training providers
- This offer is only valid for the AoC Quality, Teaching, Learning and Assessment Conference 2025, on Tuesday 9 December 2025
- One discounted ticket per partner only
- Mindful Education will reimburse 50% of the value of the following tickets only:
- AoC member fee – £360 + VAT per delegate
- Affiliate member fee – £385 + VAT per delegate
- Non-member institutions – £410 + VAT per delegates
- Non-member commercial (£825 + VAT) and stand support (£110 + VAT) are not included in this offer
- This offer is not affiliated with AoC and does not affect their offer of 10% off when purchasing 2 or more AoC member tickets
- If you take advantage of the AoC 10% discount, we will reimburse the discounted price as shown on your invoice
