Interview process

First interviews are held online. This is relatively informal and usually with a member of the Human Resources Team or the recruiting manager. We want to find out a bit more about you, your experience, and your career aspirations. You will then be invited to a more formal, competency-based face-to-face interview at our offices in Farringdon.
