National Apprenticeship Week 2023: skills for life
National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) is taking place from 6-12 February 2023. This year’s theme, ‘Skills For Life’, aims to highlight how apprenticeships provide a stepping stone for those wanting to develop skills which they can use to build a rewarding career.
At Mindful Education, our Online and On Campus apprenticeships are designed to make professional education easier for learners. Through our hybrid approach, apprentices study the core course content online using our Virtual Learning Environment, and also attend face-to-face classes with a college tutor and their fellow apprentices.
Online, apprentices study using high-quality video lectures and engaging quizzes. When they go on campus, they benefit from an active in-class experience where they are encouraged to ask questions and participate in discussions with their classmates. This approach provides our apprentices with greater flexibility and makes learning, and gaining a qualification, much more accessible.
“Having the Online and On Campus approach for the apprenticeship has been perfect for me – doing an apprenticeship as an adult, having a family and a full-time job is quite difficult to manage. Having the flexibility to incorporate the study within my working week has been absolutely fantastic.”
