Supporting your teams throughout the academic year
It’s been a fantastic start to the academic year with over 1700+ learners enrolling on Online and On Campus courses and apprenticeships.
Working hand-in-hand with our partners, we ensure learners and delivery teams are fully supported from day one. Our teams are always available throughout the academic year, with advice on all aspects of curriculum, marketing, admissions and employer engagement.
Operations support
The operations team collaborates with our college partners to plan and launch Online and On Campus courses and apprenticeships throughout the year. The support they offer is split into three parts:
Planning
Working closely with managers and curriculum directors at our partner colleges and training providers, the team creates and agrees delivery plans for all courses and apprenticeships. This includes organising course setups and hosting partnership kick-off meetings. The team also collaborates with senior management at partnering organisations to ensure that programmes align with employer and learner needs.
Delivery
The streamlined delivery of our courses and apprenticeships is overseen by the team. They also handle any issues that may occur, working closely with partners to ensure that the blended learning model is integrated effectively, and that delivery meets professional and educational standards.
Administration
The team also sets up learner groups, organises welcome packs, manages communications, and sets up access to our Virtual Learning Environment for partners. Their work makes sure our partners are equipped with the tools and resources necessary to deliver our courses and apprenticeships.
Marketing support
The Mindful Education marketing team works with our partner colleges and training providers to help them promote Online and On Campus courses and apprenticeships.
Paid campaigns
Mindful Education’s marketing team works closely with their counterparts at colleges to help boost applications and enrolments. They fund and deliver paid online adverts that link directly to college websites and drive prospective learners to course pages. They also design and print college-branded fliers for our partners to use in mailshots and at open events.
Product awareness for admissions teams
Included on our Partner Hub are IAG resources for admissions teams. In the form of a workshop, the resources are designed to help teams explain how Online and On Campus courses work, and how to identify the right prospective learners for the course. The workshop itself uses Mindful Education’s virtual learning environment (VLE). This is the same platform that Online and On Campus learners will use to access their course.
Employer engagement support
Our employer engagement team supports colleges to develop relationships with employers. Their work is divided into two main areas.
Employer support
They invest much of their time engaging with businesses about their training and development needs. They then explore how our flexible, blended course and apprenticeship offer can help them build a sustainable, long-term training and development strategy. From there, they connect them with a carefully handpicked college partner who can collaborate with the employer closely, making this new strategy a reality.
College and training provider support
The team also helps our college partners grow their course and apprenticeship provision by providing them with marketing resources, including collateral and videos. They also attend events on behalf of our partners, which is a fantastic way to make new employer connections.
