In November, Mindful Education returned as conference sponsor and exhibitor to the AoC Annual Conference.

Held at the ICC in Birmingham, the event is a highlight in our events calendar, allowing us to catch up with our partners and meet new contacts, as well as to hear from expert speakers, Ministers and Ofsted about the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

At our exhibition stand – designed and built by AlchemyExpo – we showcased our award-winning VLEs, as well as our Partner Hub – a one-stop shop for college teams to access and download information about our courses, our partnership and the services we offer.

You can watch a highlight video of our time at the event, below.

This year was particularly special for Mindful Education as we celebrated our 10th birthday! In that time, Mindful Education has grown from a small EdTech start-up to an established leader in blended learning delivery across the UK, so we took the opportunity to mark the occasion by hosting a champagne reception for our colleagues and friends from across the further education and skills sector. We were delighted to welcome over 300 guests, hear a few words from AoC’s Chief Executive, David Hughes, and celebrate a decade of successful partnerships. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

We also featured as part of the conference programme, delivering a breakout session that explored the increasing role of education technology within Ofsted inspections.
