Case study: flexible HR apprenticeships

We recently travelled to Tamworth to catch up with Bristan Group – a bathroom supply company who have been using our Online and On Campus apprenticeships to upskill their HR team.

Becci Blower is an HR and Payroll Officer at Bristan, who has recently completed her CIPD Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship using our Online and On Campus delivery model.

She shared the benefits of her apprenticeship and how its flexibility allowed her to balance her work and studies.

We were also joined by Nicki Artwell-Ikwele (HR Business Partner) and Jade Devine (Head of Customer Experience), who discussed Bristan’s apprenticeships strategy,  how they use levy funds to finance delivery, and how our Online and On Campus model means they can develop their team with minimal disruption to the business.
