Deborah leads the Management and HR team at Mindful, developing our management and HR courses and working closely with our Creative, Content and Digital teams to deliver consistently high-quality learning.
Prior to joining Mindful, Deborah gained a great deal of experience leading HR and management development programmes in the further education sector and whilst working as a people practitioner. She holds a PGDip in HRM and is a Member of the CMI and Assoc Member of CIPD.
